Sausages
All our sausages are traditionally smoked with beech and oak sawdust.
  Pâtés
Pâtés are made with fresh products and without adding chemicals. The high temperature cooking gives an exceptional taste to the pâtés and guarantees safe preservation.
  Hams
Hams are salted with stoved salt, i.e. they are ?massaged' by the craftsman in order to ensure that the salt penetrates evenly throughout.
  Specialties
- Smoked or cooked haunch of young wild boar
- Sausage flavoured with Orval beer
- Pâté flavoured with Orval beer
- Sausage from Gaume
- Pâté gaumais (Meat pie from Gaume)
- Sausage with shallots
