Pâtés are made with fresh products and without adding chemicals. The high temperature cooking gives an exceptional taste to the pâtés and guarantees safe preservation. |

Hams are salted with stoved salt, i.e. they are ?massaged' by the craftsman in order to ensure that the salt penetrates evenly throughout. |
